In order to provide you with the highest standard of dental care, this practice is required to collect personal information from you. Naturally some of this information may be regarded as “sensitive” and hence our practice is governed in accordance with the principles laid down in the privacy legislation and guidelines issued by the Australian Dental Association. Our staff are trained to respect these principles at all times.

All patient charting, clinical notes and accounts processed are safely stored on our Dentrix practice management software which is backed up onto the network at the close of business each day.

Payments

We respectfully ask that all treatment is paid for at the time of treatment or in advance. Advance payments will attract a 5% discount for cash and 3% discount for credit cards.

We are able to claim from most private health insurance companies through our Hicaps/Eftpos facilities.

We also accept cash, cheque and all major credit cards including AMEX and DINERS.

In some cases third party loans can be organized through MEDIPLAN and GE MONEY. Please ask our staff for more details.

We have a cancellation fee which will apply unless 48 hours notice is given. We do hope you will respect this custom.
